We're looking for a certified Air Tightness & Acoustic Tester to join our growing team in Chester. You'll work on a wide range of projects across the region and beyond, applying your technical expertise to ensure buildings meet the highest industry standards.

What You'll Do

• Carry out air tightness tests on domestic and non-domestic buildings in line with ATTMA standards.

• Perform sound insulation testing in accordance with ANC guidelines and building regulations.

• Produce clear, accurate reports and provide practical recommendations.

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and site teams in Chester and across the UK.

• Travel to sites nationwide, representing the company with professionalism and expertise.

What We're Looking For

• ATTMA Level 2 certification (Domestic & Non-Domestic).

• ANC Sound Testing certification.

• Strong numerical skills (GCSE and A-Level Maths as a foundation).

• Full, clean UK driving licence.

• A proactive, organised individual with excellent communication skills.

Your Day-to-Day

• Visiting client sites to complete air tightness and acoustic tests, primarily in Chester and surrounding areas.

• Setting up, operating, and maintaining testing equipment.

• Analysing results and writing up professional reports.

• Problem-solving with site teams and offering expert guidance.

• Managing your workload to ensure deadlines are met.
