We are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineers to join our client's national team, covering the South West of England. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Main Duties

* Attend customer sites to promptly diagnose and repair breakdowns of weighing, traceability, and inspection equipment.

* Install and commission new equipment to customer specifications.

* Conduct regular preventative maintenance visits to ensure reliable equipment performance.

* Provide technical support and training to customers as required.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.

* Identify and recommend equipment upgrades or replacements.

* Pursue sales opportunities for non-system-based scales when appropriate.

Ideal Candidate

* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a field service role within the weighing industry.

* Comfortable working with PC-based systems.

* Strong customer-focused approach with a proactive, can-do attitude.

* Willingness to travel across the South of England.

* Full clean driving license

* SPA Passport to Safety (desirable).
