Maintenance Assistant required for an immediate start!

Location:         Milton Keynes

Length:           3 months temporary, on going

Hours:             37.5 hours a week, Mon - Fri

Rate of pay:    £10.31 per hour + holiday pay

Main responsibilities of the role

• Main responsibility of the role is perform general maintenance across a large commercial site to ensure business and usual service is provided
• Ensure that all works are carried out in line with Health & Safety regulations
• From time to time you will undertake routine maintenance duties without direct supervision to include electrical works, changing lamps, cleaning diffusers, unblocking sinks, small repairs on windows and doors, general labouring, cleaning and maintenance duties
• Assist estate staff at all levels with technical works and technical problem solving
• Use own initiative to carry out works required

Essential requirements:

• You will have experience working within a similar environment carrying out Maintenance Assistant/Handyman duties
• You will ideally have a Mechanical/Plumbing bias
