Rise10 Recruitment are currently working with a number of well-established electrical contractors across Northamptonshire who are looking to expand their teams with skilled and motivated electricians. These opportunities offer a mix of domestic, commercial, and industrial work, with clear progression routes and excellent earning potential.

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for:

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
• Working across domestic, commercial, and industrial environments
• Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs
• Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
• Installing containment, wiring, lighting, and distribution systems
• Ensuring all work complies with current regulations (BS7671 – 18th Edition)
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety
• Working independently or as part of a wider team

You may also have the opportunity to work on:

• Commercial installations and maintenance
• EV charging installations
• Solar PV systems
• Supervisory or senior-level responsibilities (depending on experience)

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• 2391 Inspection & Testing (preferred or required depending on role)
• ECS Gold Card (advantageous)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Electrician
• Experience across industrial and commercial projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Full UK Driving Licence
