Our client, a leading business in the Financial Services industry is seeking a Trainee Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to growth our client is looking to add to their team at an exciting time, where they are looking to add a Trainee Administrator.

This is the ideal role for someone who has maybe just completed their studies and finished education and looking for their first office-based role, or for someone who has been working in Retail and looking to secure a role in the office. Alternatively, this is also the ideal role for someone with a minimum of a year's office experience looking for a new opportunity.

Key Responsibilities -

* Provide accurate and timely responses to emails, letters and telephone calls

* Liaise with colleagues and clients of all levels, as well as other departments across the business

* Complete customer checks

* Manage internal inbox

* Write letters and correspondence to clients

* Assist the team with support and any administrative tasks

Key Experience -

* This is the ideal first office role for a candidate that is keen and enthusiastic to learn and progress

* Excellent communication skills, confident liaising with colleagues and clients both face to face and over the phone

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Accuracy and attention to detail at all times
