* Up to £28,000 salary (DOE)

* 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Job specification:

* Administration relating to on-going client projects.

* Managing schedules, planning and prioritising.

* Compiling spreadsheets to record different data sets and records.

* Assisting with online marketing and social media updates.

* Adding invoices to the system.

* Booking hotel rooms and making reservations.

* Ensuring project records are added to the company's system and fully up to date.

* Adding and logging paperwork to the internal software system.

* Answering phones and directing calls to the relevant department.

Person specification:

* Must be a car driver.

* Good organisation skills.

* Comfortable talking on the phone with an excellent telephone manner.

* Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel.

* Pro-active attitude.

* Fast learner.
