Groundworks Contracts Manager

Location: Chelsmford

Salary: £55k to £60k

* Experience in both soft & hard landscaping, drainage and some civils.

* Able to assess sites and spec works with the client

* Be able to communicate well and provide our clients with the confidence to choose us to undertake their works

* Be comfortable working in both a commercial and domestic environment

* Be able to communicate with the sales team and office admin to ensure materials are on site, on time, adhering to the programme that they have set / agreed with the client

* Live within a reasonable distance of our offices

* Be able to programme works and be reasonably self sufficient

* Be able to manage 2-4 small sites / 4 - 10 operatives and oversee quality and productivity

* Be answerable to our S&C ops manager and provide weekly updates on progress

Salary would be negotiable dependant on experience but a ballpark figure of £55 - £60k .

Laptop or iPad, company truck and fuel cards provided.
