The Role

As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts and ensuring the smooth running of month-end processes. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business, helping to deliver accurate financial reporting and meaningful analysis that supports decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Produce and analyse financial reports and variances
Collaborate with budget holders and internal departments
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and systems
Provide insight and support to aid business performance

About You

Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent)
Previous experience in a similar finance role
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, organised, and eager to learn
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
