The Opportunity

We are recruiting for reliable and motivated Production Operators to join a well-established manufacturing site in Corwen. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary, shift flexibility, and a supportive working environment.

The Role

As a Production Operator, you will play a key part in day-to-day manufacturing operations, helping to ensure products are assembled, packed, and produced to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

* Assemble, inspect, and pack products in line with quality standards

* Follow instructions and standard operating procedures precisely

* Maintain a clean and organised work environment

* Support stock movement and material handling across the site

* Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets

Experience and Skills Required

* Previous experience in a production or factory setting is beneficial but not essential

* Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

* Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach

* Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
