The Role

As a supply Level 3 Teaching Assistant with Tradewind, you will:

Support class teachers in delivering engaging and stimulating learning experiences.
Provide tailored support to pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Assist with the implementation of pre-planned lessons and help manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive learning environment.
Adapt quickly to different school environments and age groups, showcasing your adaptability and passion for education.What We're Looking For

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience).
Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
A caring, adaptable, and enthusiastic attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
