Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Senior in Cirencester to prepare management and year-end accounts, tax computations, and supporting schedules. This client-facing role combines accounting expertise, mentoring junior team members, and spotting client opportunities, providing exposure to a varied portfolio of businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare management accounts, year-end accounts, and tax computations
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Deliver accurate outputs on time and within budget
• Mentor junior staff and share technical knowledge
• Identify opportunities to support clients and contribute to business development
• Promote continuous learning and development across the team

About You

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or working towards)
• Proactive, client-focused, and highly organised
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Collaborative team player, supporting and mentoring colleagues
• Commercially aware with an interest in client growth
