Job Description

As a SEND Learning Support Assistant, you'll be the steady presence that enables students with additional needs to flourish. Every day, you'll work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver bespoke support—whether that's helping pupils follow structured routines, fostering their social skills, or encouraging independence in the classroom.

This role is about more than classroom support—it's about building confidence, creating calm, and celebrating tiny breakthroughs that ripple into growth. You'll collaborate with colleagues to adapt learning strategies and bring stability and reassurance to learners who thrive on consistency.
