About the Role
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly SEN primary school in Gosport. You will support children with special educational needs, helping them to learn, build confidence, and enjoy school.

What You'll Do:

Support pupils in class and in small groups

Help children with their learning, communication and daily routines

Work closely with teachers and other staff

Encourage positive behaviour and emotional well-being

Create a safe, fun and supportive environment

What We're Looking For:

Someone kind, patient and reliable

Experience working with children or in an SEN setting is helpful (but not essential)

Good communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to learn and take on training

A strong commitment to keeping children safe
