£43,680 per annum 40 Hours Days Learning Disability & ASD Home Great Benefits A small specialist residential care facility in the Huntingdon area requires an experienced Senior Nurse (RMN or RNLD) to work as Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager. The care home caters to adults living with learning disabilities and autism who have complex needs and offers a calm environment where service users can gain independent living skills and reach their full potential. Details of this RMN/RNLD Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager (Nurse) post and what our client is offering:
• 40 hours per week
• Day shifts only

• Annual loyalty bonuses plus employee reward and recognition schemes As Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager (Nurse), you will manage, monitor and oversee both clinical and personal care throughout the home. You will provide effective leadership and direction to care and nursing staff and will ensure care documentation is up to date and fully meeting resident needs. The successful candidate for this Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager (Nurse) post will meet the following criteria:
• Qualified Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD with up to date NMC registration
• Experienced in a leadership or supervisory role such as Senior Nurse within a UK care home setting, with experience in LD and ASD settings
• Confident undertaking clinical assessments and in all aspects of care management
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and an effective leader
• Able to lead by example, demonstrating comprehensive clinical skills and knowledge and a passion for maintaining the highest standards
