Senior Fabricator / Welder - Classic & Specialist Vehicle Builds
Permanent | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Overtime Available

Are you a highly skilled metal shaper with a passion for craftsmanship? This is a rare opportunity to join a thriving classic and restomod workshop delivering high-spec, bespoke builds across an exciting range of iconic vehicles.

The Role:

You'll play a central part in bringing world-class restorations and custom builds to life. Working as part of a close-knit fabrication team, your work will include:

Fabricating and shaping panels from scratch using traditional and modern techniques

*

Restoring and recreating panels to original or upgraded specifications

*

Using specialist tools including English Wheels, bead rollers, shrinkers/stretchers, folders and hand tools

*

TIG and MIG welding to an exceptional standard

*

Finishing metalwork to a level that minimises the need for filler

*

Liaising with project leads and bodyshop teams to keep builds on track

*

Supporting and mentoring less experienced team members

What We're Looking For:

* Exceptional metal shaping ability — experienced with English Wheel work and advanced hand-forming techniques

* TIG welding expertise — clean, strong, and consistent welds as standard

* Fabrication/restoration experience — minimum 5 years in a workshop environment

* Pride in your craft — high attention to detail and a love for quality

* Self-management — able to plan, track and deliver your own work within wider project timelines

* Professionalism — punctual, positive, and proactive in a team setting
