Associate/Principal Electrical Engineer - Building Services (Healthcare)

We are expanding our team following recent project wins, particularly in the healthcare sector. We are seeking an experienced Associate or Principal Electrical Engineer to lead and deliver medium to large-scale building services projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver electrical design on major projects

*

Oversee project finances, programmes, and resources

*

Lead and support a small team of engineers

*

Guide and develop junior and graduate engineers

*

Prepare technical specifications, design calculations, and fee estimates

*

Participate in quality control and interdisciplinary reviews

*

Liaise directly with clients to define project requirements

*

Apply BIM and electrical design software effectively

Requirements:

*

Proven track record in electrical building services design

*

Previous experience as an Associate or Principal Engineer

*

Strong communication and leadership skills

*

Member of IET or similar professional body

*

Skilled in BIM and relevant design software

*

Healthcare project experience preferred

Qualifications:

*

Accredited degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering

*

Chartered Engineer (CEng) status

*

Extensive post-graduate experience
