The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mazak Integrex Programmer / Setter / Operator to join a well-established and growing precision engineering company based in Coatbridge. This is an excellent opportunity to work on advanced multi-axis machinery in a modern manufacturing environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating a Mazak Integrex Turn/Mill E650 machine, producing high-quality precision components to tight tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

* Programming, setting, and operating Mazak Integrex Turn/Mill machines

* Working with Mazatrol and/or offline programming systems

* Producing complex components from engineering drawings

* Editing and optimising CNC programs for efficiency

* Ensuring parts meet strict quality standards and tolerances

* Conducting self-inspection using relevant measuring equipment

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

* Proven experience programming, setting, and operating Mazak Integrex machines

* Strong understanding of multi-axis machining (turning & milling)

* Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings

* Experience with Mazatrol (essential)

* Knowledge of tooling, cutting strategies, and materials

* Strong attention to detail and quality

Shift & Pay

* Rotating shift pattern: 2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights

* Day Shift: Up to £26.00 per hour

* Night Shift: £26.00 x 1.33 allowance
