What You'll Do 👐

Provide compassionate, person-centred care to elderly residents, ensuring their dignity, safety, and wellbeing.

Support individuals living with dementia, using patience, empathy, and understanding.

Lead and mentor junior staff, ensuring care standards are consistently met.

Administer medication in line with policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For ✅

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
