A.C. Beck & Son (Contracts) Ltd are currently seeking experienced Decorators, Painters & Foreman to join our growing team on a full-time employed basis, working on busy, ongoing sites across Berkshire and Oxfordshire.

We have been an established contractor for over 70 years, with a strong reputation for delivering high quality finishes across commercial and residential projects. Due to continued growth and workload, we are looking for reliable and skilled decorators who take pride in their work and can contribute to maintaining our high standards.

Requirements

* Valid CSCS card

* Full UK driving licence

* Own transport

* Own tools

* Proven experience as a decorator/painter

* Ability to travel to sites across Berkshire and Oxfordshire

* Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude

* Ability to follow Health & Safety procedures and wear PPE at all times

Key Responsibilities

* Internal and external painting and decorating

* Surface preparation including filling, sanding, and priming

* Applying finishes to a consistently high standard

* Working efficiently to meet site schedules and deadlines

* Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment

* Communicating effectively with site managers and team members

Desirable (Not Essential)

* IPAF Card

* PASMA Card

* Wallpaper Hanging

* Spray Finishes

Salary & Benefits

* Salary: £31,200 - £35,100 per year (depending on experience & role)

* Full-time, permanent position
