Key Responsibilities of the Chartered Building Surveyor:
- Lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of professional and project services
- Conduct detailed building surveys, inspections, and prepare technical reports
- Provide expert advice on design, construction, maintenance, and compliance
- Manage client relationships and multidisciplinary teams from inception to completion
- Support junior surveyors and contribute to the consultancy's business development initiatives
Requirements:
- MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with consultancy experience
- Demonstrable experience delivering high-value projects across varied sectors
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Proactive, commercially aware, and collaborative in approach
- Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel for site inspections
