Salary: £20k - £22k per annum + Benefits

The Role:

We are looking to recruit a Technical Documentation Administrator to join our clients growing Cataloguing Department which produces and updates IPCs and related documentation for a variety of Maritime systems and equipment. The role is primarily based at the Stonehouse office, with occasional working from home.  There will also be occasional customer site visits.

Working as a part of the Cataloguing Department you will be responsible for producing high-quality documentation in accordance with standards and specifications relevant to customer requirements.

Essential requirements:

Capability to evaluate and appraise source technical information.
A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as good keyboard skills.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work as an effective team member.
Drive and enthusiasm to achieve customer quality criteria.

Desirable requirements:

Experience of liaising with customers and information suppliers as appropriate.
Current SC clearance.

Successful candidates will require appropriate security checks and vetting.
