Job DescriptionPurpose of the Role:
mPulse Mobile is seeking a Solution Engineering Manager to join our enthusiastic and talented team. In this role you will enhance the value of our company by working with our sales directors to engage potential healthcare customers, understanding their mobile strategy and their technology, and proposing mobile solutions that engage and activate their patient populations.
The selected candidate will work with the mPulse implementation team and engagement team to ensure that client technical, functional and delivery requirements can be met. The role is a good fit for a candidate who has a natural curiosity to problem solve and use components of mPulse technology and professional services to suggest the most valuable solution for the client.
As Solution Engineering Manager, you must be comfortable speaking in front of and collaborating with customers. You will be required to work with sales director to provide requirements to implementation team to drive estimates for sales quotes. The implementation team will provide estimated timelines and quotes which need to be translated into technical writing to support an SOW. You will give presentations explaining the functional and technical aspects of products and how they relate to solving specific customer problems.
You must become a solution expert and achieve deep knowledge of each component of the solution's modules and functions as well as a solid understanding of the technical underpinnings. You must be thorough and unrelenting in your quest for capturing both technical and operational components into an SOW/proposal for documentation.
