In this role, you will:

Support students with complex learning, communication, medical, or behavioural needs

Provide tailored assistance to help each learner feel safe, understood, and engaged

Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff

Use patience, adaptability, and empathy to create a positive learning environment

Ability to follow individual support plans confidently
