I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider for an experienced Home Manager to lead a 40-bed nursing home in Shrewsbury.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, values-driven leader with a strong background in Older Person and Dementia Care to join a supportive organisation that values quality, compliance, and strong leadership.

The Role

As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and strong operational performance.

Key responsibilities include:

Full operational and clinical management of the home

*

Ensuring CQC compliance and quality standards

*

Staff leadership, recruitment, training, and development

*

Occupancy and budget management

*

Driving a positive culture and high-quality care delivery

What We're Looking For

*

Proven experience as a Home Manager

*

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance

*

Background in nursing homes, ideally dementia care

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

*

Nurse qualification
