Overview:
We're seeking a forward-thinking Talent Product Designer to help shape and refine talent experiences across our global business. Reporting to the Global Talent Product Lead, you'll take the lead in designing, improving, and activating both cyclical (e.g., performance reviews) and non-cyclical (e.g., coaching, assessments) talent products that serve employees, managers, and HR professionals. Your work will be guided by data, user insight, and feedback loops to ensure meaningful, user-focused talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop engaging, end-to-end talent product experiences for employees, managers, and HR business partners.
Lead feedback loops with end-users and stakeholders to gather insights and continuously improve products.
Create intuitive, accessible user journeys for talent tools and platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate talent products seamlessly within broader HR systems.
Use user data, analytics, and feedback to inform product improvements and prioritise iterations.
Deliver both cyclical (e.g., annual reviews) and non-cyclical (e.g., onboarding, coaching) solutions.
Develop and execute product activation and adoption strategies across diverse global audiences.
Produce high-quality product documentation, including user guides, training resources, and internal comms.
Support the creation of business insights, such as People Survey analysis or onboarding feedback trends.
Stay up to date with evolving trends in talent management, product design, and employee experience.
Present product roadmaps, design concepts, and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Facilitate training sessions for key audiences including HR, line managers, and employees.

Required Experience & Skills:

Minimum 5 years' experience in talent management, product design, employee experience, or a related area
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and product development cycles
Proven ability to conduct user research and apply insights to improve products
Confident communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
Highly organised with strong project management capabilities

Desirable Qualifications:

Experience in a complex, matrixed organisation
Familiarity with agile ways of working and design thinking methodology
Knowledge of modern HR technology platforms and systems integration
Certification in talent management, UX/product design, or related fields
