About the Role

Reed Recruitment are partnering with a well-established transport company based in Felixstowe who are looking to add a proactive Transport Administrator & Customer Service Advisor to their busy operations team.

This is a vital role supporting daily delivery performance, liaising closely with customers, and ensuring accurate data is logged across internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inboxes for delivery updates, delays and customer notifications
• Input late delivery information into TOPS
• Transfer all relevant data into PARIS in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide excellent customer service via email and phone
• Support the wider transport team with administrative duties
• Maintain clear audit trails and ensure all information is compliant and up to date
• Work collaboratively with drivers, planners, and customers to resolve issues efficiently

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Confident working in a fast-paced transport or logistics environment
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using multiple systems (experience with TOPS or PARIS is highly desirable)
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Able to prioritise and manage workload effectively
• A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
