The Role - Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a forward-thinking primary school in Hackney from September 2025.

This is a full-time, long-term role focused on supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on your experience and the school's needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide targeted academic and emotional support, implement individual education plans (IEPs), and help children access the curriculum effectively. A solid understanding of primary education and previous experience in a UK school setting are essential.
