Claims Administrator Central Bristol Full Time & Permanent £18k to £20k Legal Insurance Company

Our client, a legal insurance company based in Central Bristol, is recruiting for a Claims Administrator, working on claims varying from commercial and personal contract disputes, to employment, clinical negligence or motor claims. The Claims Administrator will work well under pressure, whilst maintain a supportive and empathetic response to all customers.

Claims Administrator responsibilities:

- Proactively manage allocated cases against a variety of claims ensuring that these are managed in line with company and legislative requirements
- Consistently maintain high levels of service delivery and customer engagement whilst proactively contributing to personal, team and department KPIs and SLAs
- Manage the customer experience throughout the claim lifecycle efficiently whilst demonstrating empathy and compassion
- Provide clear, concise and accurate information to our customers, business partners and internal customers

Claims Administrator key skills:

- Experience in the financial services/insurance sector (essential)
- Experience with claims or willingness to learn
- Excellent telephone manner
- Fantastic customer service skills
