Salary: £65 - £75/day

Are you a dedicated teaching assistant currently in a full time role but considering a new opportunity?

Maybe you are a graduate with aspirations of becoming a primary teacher, but want to build up your classroom experience and learn about primary education?

I am keen to speak with teaching assistants, SEN teaching assistants or graduates based in Hoddesdon and the surrounding areas, who are interested in finding out about roles we have from day to day supply, short/long term positions and permanent placements.

As a dedicated consultant, it is our job to ensure the process from firstly engaging with you to placing you is as tailored as possible to suit your individual needs. Whether you have young children, limited transportation, little experience or tricky demands, it is within our interest to listen and try our up most to ensure we create a roll which is tailored to fit your personal needs.

Responsibilities:

Create a secure, caring and stimulating environment where the children see leaning as purposeful, challenging and enjoyable

Provide an independent approach to learning based on first had experiences which open up natural curiosity

Recognise and celebrate the achievement of the children

Promoting spiritual, moral, social and cultural understanding of the children

Requirements:

Have availability for advanced and day to day bookings

Be resilient and have a determined approach

Be able to engage with a wide range of pupils

Have fantastic communication skills, and not be afraid to voice new ideas
