Semi-Trailer Big Box, a Big Truck and Semi-Trailer dealership with Branches in Atlanta, Georgia and Dallas Texas. We are seeking a PT - Administrator for our Atlanta - Lawrenceville Branch. We are seeking an individual who knows what they want and possess very clear goals. We are in a B2B industry. We Buy-Sell-Rent Truck and Trailer equipment nationally. We are in the fast paced transportation industry.
This is a part time position based in our Lawrenceville GA Branch. 12-5 pm - M-F - 25-29 hours weekly. As an Administrator you will be supporting the Operations and Business Administration departments day to day activities in a variety of areas.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Accounts payable Data entry
- Accounts receivable Data entry.
- Inventory Data entry.
- Answer phones
- Greet Customers
- Tasks as assigned
- Provide special project assistance
- Accounting/Admin education, in progress or recent grad
- Detailed oriented
- Results driven
- Excellent verbal and written skills required
- Open and aggressive learner
- Ideal job for a student of Biz admin-Operations
- Experience in QuickBooks, QuickBase,
- Microsoft Office 365-Excel-Word-Share Point is a plus
- 1-2 years of small-medium business experience is a plus
- Vehicle Dealership type experience is a plus as we buy and sell truck and trailers
- Transportation, Logistics or Storage industry exposure is a plus
Pay and Benefits:
- We will provide training
- $13 - $14 Hour - Based on experience
- Part-time, Monday - Friday, 12-5pm, 25-28 hours per week
- 8 Paid Holidays per year
