Key Responsibilities:
In this hands-on leadership role, you'll:

Oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring plans are delivered and recorded accurately in the ERP system

Monitor performance and act quickly to resolve downtime and technical issues

Mentor and develop your team to achieve their full potential

Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing, maintenance, and facilities

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards

Manage tool room operations, supplier relationships, and service contracts

Support strategic business goals, product development, and capital investment plans

What we're looking for:
You'll bring:

A strong mechanical or Manufacturing Engineer background with hands-on troubleshooting experience

Confidence operating and maintaining CNC and factory machinery

Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills

Practical knowledge of facilities management and maintenance processes

Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or CAD/CAM (desirable)
