A well-established and growing manufacturer is seeking a Sheet Metal Worker / Fabricator to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to join a company offering long-term stability, regular overtime, and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Fabricate metal components according to technical specifications and drawings

* Assemble metal parts and structures using welding, grinding, and hand tools

* Operate machinery for cutting, bending, and shaping metal

* Carry out quality checks on completed work to ensure clients high standards are met

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Metal Fabricator or in a similar role

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Confident using hand tools and fabrication machinery

* Experience working with sheet metal is highly desirable

* Skilled in grinding, TIG welding, and assembly techniques

* Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality workmanship

Working Hours:

* Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30

* Friday: 08:00 - 14:00

* Day shift only

* 25 days annual leave

* Overtime and weekend work available (paid at 1.5x hourly rate)

Salary:

* £15.90 per hour (£31,418.40 per annum)

* Overtime £23.85 per hour

* Potential to work 10+ overtime hours to increase earnings further

* Average metal worker earning £45k per annum
