Shifts: 2 Days, 2 Nights (12-hour shifts)

Are you a hands-on, electrically biased Maintenance Engineer looking for a long-term opportunity in a high-paced, technically challenging environment?

We are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established and highly respected engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business where engineers are valued, and many have stayed for over 30 years.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical maintenance on complex 3-phase and low-voltage process and production equipment

Working with motors, inverters, DC drives, PLCs, and IT-based control systems

PLC fault-finding (Siemens/Allen Bradley or similar)

Supporting automated systems including AGVs, conveyors, palletisers, cranes, compressors, chillers, and AHUs

Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to ensure minimal downtime

Participating in a rotating shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights)

What We're Looking For:

Time-served, apprentice-trained engineer (minimum Level 3 qualification)

Strong electrical bias (up to 90/10 split), but ideally multi-skilled

Hands-on, proactive approach to maintenance in a fast-paced setting

Experience with HV networks is advantageous but not essential

Excellent fault-finding, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
