Cyber Security Communications & Change Management Lead - This role leads enterprise‑wide cyber security communications, combining ongoing security awareness with change management communications for major cyber programs and initiatives. The role is accountable for translating complex cyber risks and technology changes into clear, actionable messaging that drives secure behaviors and supports successful adoption of new controls, tools, and operating models. Responsibilities include delivering continuous security awareness campaigns, leading program‑level change and stakeholder communications, developing executive and workforce messaging, and partnering closely with Cyber leadership, PMO, Corporate Communications, HR, and OCM teams. Success is measured by improved employee security behaviors, strong stakeholder understanding, and effective adoption of cyber initiatives across the organization
