Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to support SEN schools in Dibden, working with pupils across both primary and secondary age groups. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a variety of settings while making a real difference in young people's lives.

The Role:
As an LSA, you'll work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support students both in and out of the classroom. You may work on a 1:1 basis or with small groups, helping pupils stay engaged, manage behaviour, and build confidence in their learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting pupils with SEN in lessons and daily school activities
Providing 1:1 and small group support
Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation
Encouraging engagement, independence, and social development
What We're Looking For:

A patient, caring, and positive attitude
Confidence working with children or young people
Strong communication and teamwork skills
SEN experience is desirable but not essential
