Nursery Manager - Term Time Only (38 Weeks per Year)

We are working on behalf of our client in Ashford, Kent who is seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead their setting for children aged 2-5 years.

This is a term-time only position (38 weeks per year), offering an excellent work-life balance while leading a nurturing and supportive early years environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the nursery

*

Ensure high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding

*

Support, motivate, and develop nursery staff

*

Maintain strong relationships with parents and carers

*

Ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements

Requirements:

*

Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 minimum; Level 5 preferred)

*

Previous nursery management or senior leadership experience

*

Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures

*

Excellent leadership and organisational skills
