Amazing opportunity to join a dynamic and hugely well respected firm of architects as Community Manager of their exciting new co-working space which is in the throes of development, soon to open. Offering beautifully designed private studios and flexible workspaces, with access to fully serviced social and meeting areas, this space will also be home to a neighbourhood bar, restaurant and screening room and the idea is that when members join up and work from this space, the company will commit to helping businesses succeed by offering a programme of events curated to share skills, inspire creativity and expand local networks.
As Community/Office Manager, your role will be hugely varied as you handle the day to day operations of this co-working space, cultivating and maintaining relationships with the members, working the events team to design and organise networking, educational and social events; you will get involved with PR and marketing, business and development, conducting tours of the building, and will also oversee the other members of staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
The ideal candidate will likely have a very strong customer services background, with a passion for architecture and the arts, and will also have office management/facilities experience. You should be an energiser, a creative thinker, have great communication skills and above all, a determination to succeed and an ability to think outside the box.
