We’re recruiting for a Senior Financial Planner Support professional to join a respected and growing financial planning business. You’ll play a key part in ensuring clients receive a consistent, high-quality service by supporting Financial Planners and Directors in all aspects of client administration and reporting.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and checking detailed client review packs and reports
• Liaising with providers and managing client correspondence
• Attending client meetings (1–2 per month) to support Financial Planners with technical inputs such as cashflow and CGT calculations
• Coaching and developing junior team members to maintain high service standards
• Contributing to process improvements and workflow efficiency

You’ll be confident, organised, and proactive, with:

• A Diploma qualification (or equivalent experience)
• A strong understanding of pensions, investments, and financial planning processes
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously
• Experience supporting Financial Planners or within a wealth management firm

• Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 from home
• Salary £33,000+ depending on experience
