This is an exciting role for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a highly successful & reputable business across their recently modernised fast-paced production facility. The role is a Monday to Friday days position working 9am - 5pm shift, although a variation of this could be suitable (8-4, 7-3 etc). Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Days) - The Rewards

Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Days) - Requirements  

• Experience with maintenance in a large-scale heavy industrial / FMCG manufacturing environment
• Relevant qualification, NVQ, Diploma, Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 18th Edition qualification

Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Days) - Responsibilities  

• Perform scheduled and planned maintenance repairs of equipment, as well as emergency/unscheduled repairs of mill equipment during unplanned shutdowns
• Capable of repairing electrical, electro-mechanical, pneumatic & hydraulic devices
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines and equipment throughout the mill
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to electrical failure, report conditions, and recommend steps to be taken
• Perform preventative maintenance such as changing contacts and checking motors.
• Siemens PLC knowledge with fault finding and diagnostics. S5/S7
• Install cables, conduit, for new equipment or replacing old one
• Strong communication skills, and a team-player attitude
