Servicing and repairing vans efficiently while maintaining high standards
Diagnosing faults using advanced diagnostic equipment
Performing routine vehicle health checks and safety inspections
Maintaining accurate and detailed service records
Collaborating closely with the Workshop Controller to ensure smooth workshop operations
Assisting in developing and refining workshop procedures as the business expands
Contributing to a positive team environment in a newly established workshop settingRequirements:

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or similar
Proven experience working as a Van Technician or in a comparable role
Strong diagnostic skills and keen attention to detail
Full UK driving licence
Enthusiasm for working in a new, modern workshop environment
