Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 6PM, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays

A rare opportunity has become available to join a prestigious and long-established UK property brand operating at the top end of the residential market. My client is known for handling high-value homes, farms, and country estates, and is now seeking a skilled Sales Negotiator or Senior Negotiator to support continued success in the Haslemere office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with experience in the luxury property market who thrives in a client-first, premium sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow residential sales across a high-end portfolio of homes, estates, and rural property

  • Deliver exceptional service throughout the full sales lifecycle - from instruction to completion

  • Conduct viewings, negotiate high-value offers, and drive revenue to exceed targets

  • Build lasting client relationships and secure repeat and referral business

  • Maintain regular communication with solicitors, buyers, and sellers

  • Ensure full compliance with AML, KYC, and company policies

  • Monitor and respond to trends within the Haslemere and South Downs property market

  • Update client records and maintain the CRM database

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven success in residential sales, ideally in the prime or rural market

  • Strong local knowledge of Haslemere and the surrounding area

  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build trust quickly

  • Confident managing high-value transactions with discretion and professionalism

  • Organised, composed, and able to juggle priorities under pressure

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

  • Experienced in compliance processes including AML and KYC

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and internal CRM platforms
