Private Client Solicitor

Experience: 2-3 years PQE

Location: Bristol OR Cardiff, Hybrid

Salary: £35-40,000

OVERVIEW

A highly reputable firm is looking for a motivated Private Client Solicitor to join their growing, close knit team. This firm offers flexibility, allowing you to work from home 3-days a week. They understand that flexibility is key, as long as client needs are met with professionalism and dedication.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working alongside a highly motivated team to manage a varied caseload of non-contentious private client matters.
• Independently running a caseload, and assisting the Partner with complex cases.
• Advising clients on all aspects of Private Client matters; wills, administering estates, the creation and registration of different Powers of Attorney
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring the highest standard of service.
• Active participation in both practice and business development.

ABOUT YOU:

• Personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated and adaptable
• Qualified Solicitor or equivalent with at least 2-3 years PQE in Private Client work.
• Previous experience of running a private client caseload with limited supervision.
• Strong communication and client care skills.
