We are working with a rapidly growing construction-based business based in the Horsham area who are looking for someone to join them an Assistant Finance Manager on a Permanent basis. In this exciting opportunity will be working in a well-established Finance Team as an integral part of the team.

Day to day this will be a varied role where you will be given the chance to work closely and learn from a brilliant Finance Manager.

Processing monthly payments
Bank reconciliation
Invoice processing
Month end and year end support
Purchase and Sales Ledge
Reviewing and processing expenses
Dealing with any complex issues with suppliers and internal staff members
Process improvement
Support with development of the team
Various project support as neededThis is a brilliant opportunity for someone who could be an AAT / ACCA / CIMA studier who is wanting to be able to be a role where the business will ensure they get vital experience to support their studies as you will be offered study support. You will be working in a team of 6 (and growing!) with a great team atmosphere, they value and support their employees.

You could be a Senior Accounts Assistant looking for the next step, or in a similar position and seeking a new challenge!

Please note - due to the location of these offices, you do need to drive to get there.
