The Role

The successful Site Engineer will play a key role in delivering this large-scale highway scheme, supporting daily site operations and ensuring works are completed safely, accurately and in line with programme requirements.

The Site Engineer will be responsible for:

Setting out for dual carriageway and associated highway works

*

Managing QA documentation and ITPs

*

Supervising subcontractors on site

*

Conducting site surveys and ensuring compliance with design specifications

*

Ensuring all highway works meet safety and quality standards

*

Reporting progress to the senior management team

This Site Engineer position requires previous experience delivering major highway projects, particularly dual carriageway schemes.

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Site Engineer on large highway infrastructure projects

*

Strong setting out and surveying capability

*

CSCS card (essential)

*

SMSTS or SSSTS preferred

*

Experience with earthworks, drainage and pavement construction on highway schemes

*

Ability to commit to an 18-month programme
