Lead Security Archer Analyst As part of the Information Security Assurance & Governance Team, the Lead Information Security Archer Analyst will support the information security and risk management needs of our client in order to continually support and improve the technologies, procedures and controls within our Information Technology environment. The Lead Information Security Archer Analyst is viewed as an expert in multiple areas of Information Security, has deep understanding of other technologies and their relationship to the protection of our client information assets and delivers strong results through strong technical know-how and focused leadership. The Lead Information Security Archer Analyst is a trusted expert, thought leader who applies business, industry and technical knowledge of assigned assets, domains, platforms, technologies and vendors. Provides input for technology strategy. Coordinates with other teams to ensure quality solution delivery. Responsible for leading the implementation, execution and maintenance of technology solutions to mitigate risk and drive business results. Provides thought leadership to mid-large sized projects. Solves complex problems and provides leadership and technical guidance to less experience staff. General: Lead the implementation, execution and maintenance of technology solutions Demonstrate deep expertise in one or more assets, information domains, technologies & platforms Provides thought leadership to mid to large sized efforts Solve complex problems; taking a new perspective using existing solutions Deliver the right results on initiatives in a timely and effective manner. Provide leadership, mentoring and technical guidance to others with less experience to drive initiatives Accountable for getting work done through a team of individuals Proactively mitigate risks for assigned assets, technologies or platforms Communicate within IT and across the business to drive successful execution and maintenance of solutions Support change within the organization Able to work within a diverse team of skillsets and experience levels to deliver results Proactively mitigate risks for assigned assets, information domains, technologies & platforms Direct the work of others to lead initiatives for assigned assets, technologies, platforms, departments and vendors Specific: Support prioritization of Archer production and development activities, including level of effort estimates, identifying dependencies, and maintaining schedule of enhancements. Create detailed work-stream proposals which include, functional and data business requirements, process flows, use cases, information needs, test scenarios, and obtain associated functional design specification approval. Provide application architectural solutions and resolve complicated application issues including performance tuning. Responsible for the analysis and maintenance of applications, as well as the design, development and implementation of new applications. Work with business analysts, project managers, and key users to further define specifications, indicate areas of system impact, and continuous communication of project status and needs. Setup data feeds, Archer APIs and custom notifications. Create fields, reports, and dashboards. Maintain Archer's runbook and supporting documentation Qualifications: Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts. Experience with Archer version 6.6 or above. Proficiency with Archer core solutions, on-demand applications, and data feeds. Experienced in creating fields, reports, and dashboards. Experience in configuring access control, record permissions, events and notifications. Strong process flow mapping, diagramming skills (Visio application), data conversion and interface design skills. Expertise in many of the Archer core solutions (Audit, Business Continuity, Compliance, Enterprise, Incident, Policy, Risk, Threat and Vendor Management) desired. Experience in Data migration planning and content mapping. Proficiency with calculated fields (all functions) and Data Driven Events. Demonstrated ability and experience in developing improvements/changes to systems and processes to improve customer satisfaction. Experience working with SQL and XML technologies is highly desirable. Over 5 years of professional experience working with large companies and enterprise software. Bachelor's Degree in management information systems, computer science, or related field Certifications in Archer (e.g., Administration, Security Analytics) is required or ability to achieve within the first year. Other relevant IT professional certification such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, is a plus. Master's degree in relevant IT or business area is a plus.
