Receptionist/Administrator
Permanent role
Walsall - Office based role
Full time Monday to Friday 36.5 hours per week
8.45 am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 4pm finish on Fridays
Duties
* Maintain the Reception area
* Answering calls and taking messages
* Updating media channels on a monthly basis
* Incoming and outgoing postal duties
* Setting up meeting rooms
* Greeting visitors into the centre
* Admin duties, sending emails to external customers
* Data processing - assisting the compliance team with sending out letters and processing data and paperwork
Experience essential for this role
* Must have used word for windows and basic excel
* Must have worked in a role that involved answering calls
* Have excellent communication skills as members business clients attend the premises
* Have the right to work in the UK indefinitely with no restrictions
Salary and Benefits
* £23,200 to £26,000 per annum
* 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays
* After 1 years' service an additional 1 day given for time off on your birthday, an extra day is accrued each year for the next 4 years to a total of 30 days holiday
