Implementation Manager

Job Description


Advanced Business Graphics, Inc. is looking for a full time Implementation Manager that is enthusiastic about helping new customers initial experiences with “The ABGI Way” easy and efficient. The Implementation Manager is someone who naturally puts customers first in all they do and always looks for the best solutions to help our customers have the best experience.  The Implementation Manager should possess strong collaboration skills that align multiple departments and ensure a smooth transition for onboarding accounts, as well as have excellent time management and communication skills to ensure all checkmarks are completed in a timely manner. 

As an Implementation Manager at ABGI, your day will likely be filled doing the following:

·         Providing an excellent customer experience for all new accounts as the primary point of contact

·         Print and promotional RFQ’s, client proposals and product testing

·         Initial inventory receiving and implementation

·         Deadline/ Timeline Coordination

·         Building eCommerce Sites

·         Ownership, escalation, trouble-shooting, and resolution of issues

·         Evaluating/translating scope of work/project plans and providing feedback and/or recommendations

·         Preparing project progress and status reports

·         Advance the mission and vision of the company and uphold and exemplify its core values

Required skills:

·         Excellent organization and time management skills

·         Ability to communicate at all levels (entry level to C-level), and keep clients and internal team members on track

·         Thorough understanding of printing and promotional product manufacturing processes

·         Ability to organize large amounts of data

·         Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills

·         A thorough understanding of inventory processes, supply chain management, and logistics

·         Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

·         Strong negotiation and issue resolution skills

·         Ability to easily adapt to priority changes, delays and/or unexpected events

·         Creative problem solving and solid judgement/decision making

·         Ability to create strong, collaborative relationships with both team members and clients

·         Pro-active and results-oriented

·         Experience and knowledge working with corporate functions to include procurement, operations, sales, and accounting.

Preferred skills:

·         Asana or another project management software

·         SAP Business One

·         Knowledge of XML

·         SQL Queries

·         HTML, particularly style sheets

·         HubSpot or other CRM tools

·         Demonstrated process and efficiency improvement experience

·         2+ years of experience in the print and/or promotional products industry

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
