In this role, the Youth Mentor will work closely with students on a 1:1 basis, supporting those with SEMH needs, ASD, and challenging behaviour. The role involves building positive relationships, promoting engagement in learning, and helping students develop the social, emotional, and behavioural skills needed to thrive.

The successful candidate will be patient, resilient, and empathetic, with a genuine passion for supporting young people. Working as part of a supportive and experienced team, the Youth Mentor will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where every student is encouraged and empowered to succeed.
