Are you an experienced Quality Leader with a strong background in FMCG manufacturing? Do you have a passion for driving product quality, food safety, and compliance standards across site?

We're looking for a candidate with significant experience in a quality or technical leadership role within the FMCG manufacturing industry. You'll have a proven track record of leading quality teams, managing BRCGS accreditation, and delivering robust auditing and compliance programmes. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, as you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

As a key member of the site leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the site quality strategy in line with business and customer requirements. You'll take a proactive, hands-on approach to maintaining BRC and customer audit readiness, enhancing food safety systems, and ensuring that the site meets all regulatory and customer standards.
