We are currently supporting our client with their Senior Contracts Specialist opportunity, which is based in Guildford 5 days a week onsite. Our client is a rapidly expanding company with a successful track record and a global clientele.
Your new role
As a Senior Contract Specialist, you will be joining the contract & licencing department, collaborating with your colleagues and engaging with international B2B clients' contracts.
Core responsibilities include:
Liaising with the team, being a go-to person to support the team with experience and knowledge regarding contractual terms.
Renewing internal contract templates.
Collaborating on complex tenders
Overseeing, reviewing and updating internal contracts
Managing encompassing drafting and post-award support.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience as a Contract Specialist in Procurement, Legal or Commercial is essential.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, works well under pressure, and can prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.Please note this role is 100% office-based.
